Very interesting site! I really enjoyed the layout and the colors bright and easy to read. The survey was a good addition - great way for people to interact with your site and the placement was perfect because you had asked a question on whether people heard of the term "greenwashing" and by the results most people were unaware of the term. But, once you were done with the quiz and returned back to the main page the post right after was about greenwashing. Smart way to keep people reading! I would agree that some visual stimulation would be a perfect addition - a video, a slide show - anything so that people could stay focus on the great information this site has to offer. good job!

Would have been nice to have some quotes or links to the information. Some stuff is reference but it would have been nice to know what article or book some of the information came from

I like the part of the new advancements in telecommunications. I thought that the definition of bandwith took to much space and wasn't really necessary. Overall good post

very interesting. Like the way you enumerated the 6 different ways to greenwash. The link to the greenwashing index was also very informative. I never really even put any thought to companies claims that their products were eco-friendly because I figured that they wouldn't lie about such a thing but after reading this I definetely will pay more attention. Is their an actual company that made the claim under the fibbing section? "a dishwasher detergent that claims to be packaged in “100% recycled paper” but the container is plastic"

Interesting topic especially for those of us in the pr field where professionals generally try to push one side of the story over another. A lot of informaton and it makes you think about the reliability of the news, especially the part that quesions whether the crtc is effective. Very good site

“This is a fantastic website! Not only have you great depth into the major issues of the media today and offered solutions for the ordinary person, you have also looked into an often ignored means of manipulation – greenwashing. Not to forget – great job in providing a Canadian perspective and current situation and having a survey was very creative !

One small glitch – I think your blog could attract more people with a video/ podcast or something which engages them (a picture speaks a 1000 words!). The detail is very insightful – but you of all people must be aware of the short attention spans of the public!

Other than that – super !”

It always surprises me, no matter how much i think i know about the topic, at how concentrated media ownership is. It is phenomenal how pervasive this is and how it spans through all types of media. It really makes me think twice to see what side of the story i am getting. Great site!

That greenwashing article was something I hadn't considered before. Man, some people will do anything to make a buck! Thanks for making this nice site - it's interesting and so easy to read compared to other blogs!

Sweet site, I am so impressed! I really liked the greenwashing article, that is definitely something people need to pay more attention to. There were some things that I hadn't thought about before either, that are really important to know.
